Safely Treat Acne While Maintaing Skin Barrier Function

Gentle formula unlike other acne face washes with a pH range of 5.25-6.25 helps maintain the skin’s barrier function and prevent irritation. Beware of cleansers with a pH that is too high (alkaline) that can strip the skin of its natural oils and disrupt the skin barrier function. This can make the skin more susceptible to dryness, irritation, and infection. Cleansers with a pH that is too low (acidic) can also irritate the skin, especially if overused.
