For menstrual cup use:

Wash your hands and cup using a small amount of the wash and water before insertion and after removal. Cleaning a menstrual cup with soap is not necessary but if you’d like to, we recommend that you always use a mild, pH-balanced, and perfume-free soap, seeing as regular hand soap can cause discomfort, irritation, and infections.

For body use:

For your body Pour a small amount of the wash onto your hands, apply to the external parts of your body and rinse. Can also be used as a facial wash and overall body wash.
