The sheets don’t stick well and keep falling off, especially when I move. What should I do?

Clean & dry scar area first (no lotion/oil). Avoid stretching sheet. Press firmly for 15 sec. Our medical-grade silicone sticks well on clean skin. Stays on during daily activities. If issues persist, send a message for replacement or refund.

Can these silicone scar sheets be reused? How long does one sheet last?

Yes, reusable. Wash daily with mild soap & water. For hygiene, replace every 7 days even if still sticky. Adhesion may last up to 2-4 weeks, but we recommend changing at 7 days for skin safety.

Do these scar sheets protect scars from UV / sunlight?

Yes, they block harmful UVA/UVB rays to prevent darkening. Not a sunscreen replacement for surrounding skin. Wear under clothing or use sunscreen on exposed areas. Great for newer scars to avoid hyperpigmentation.

The sheets don’t stick well, even after I clean properly. Is this a quality issue?

Yes, it could be a quality issue. We cannot ensure 100% perfection. Very occasionally, an individual sheet may have weak adhesive. If you’ve cleaned your skin properly and it still won’t stick, send a message for a free replacement or full refund.
